<p>Wellbeing Activity - Creating a daily routine<br/>
In these uncertain times it can be hard to manage our feelings and keep a sense of ‘normality’. Especially as our typical daily routine might have changed. </p>

<p>Creating a new at home routine can help with our mood and wellbeing, it also helps our brain make sense of things. It helps us focus on what we can do to keep ourselves healthy, safe and well. </p>

<p>Here are some example’s of staff and young people’s daily routines, along with a blank template you can print off to create your own. </p>

<p>Tips for making your new routine - include activities that help you relax, feel connected, keep healthy by getting fresh air or exercise if possible, keeping clean (wash & get dressed, even if into clean pjs) & create a challenge or one must-do task for the day. (This task can be anything.) </p>

<p>Yesterday I didn’t do this and I could tell by how I felt, especially by the evening. Today I have done my daily routine and feel calmer, happier and proactive. I’ve set myself the smallest tasks to complete and it’s okay if they have taken all day to do.</p>

WORKSOP PRIORY CHRISTMAS TREE FESTIVALπŸŽ„

Wednesday 27th November - Sunday 1st December

Our Breakaway Ambassadors have designed a tree that is on display at Worksop Priory this week as part of their Christmas Tree Festival. They created 24 Christmas inspired envelopes and put one good deed in each. We hope the community will take inspiration from our good deeds and choose one of their own to complete in the run up to Christmas.
