At Transform we are committed to transforming lives through our unique training courses and programmes. The foundation of our work is emotional resilience, and all of our activity promotes positive personal development, well-being and inclusion.
  • We are a registered charity that delivers programmes and training to support disadvantaged young people in our local communities.
  • We are specialist emotional resilience trainers and can deliver our bespoke training programmes in schools, in the community, to corporate teams, and to other professionals in support roles.

We transform lives by helping people to see that they can take control of their reactions to things that happen in the lives by using emotional literacy and by becoming emotionally resilient. How you react to the situations you find yourself in is the key to how successful you are in life. This is exactly the same for CEOs of Blue Chip Companies and for young offenders from the most deprived parts of the country. It is the same for absolutely everyone.

Some people have a head start in this because they were lucky enough to grow up in a situation where life was slightly easier, and the people around them were emotionally literate and resilient. Some people have had things happen to them along the way that have shaped their ability to cope with difficult situations, such as trauma, abuse or neglect. At Transform we spend most of our time and energy supporting these individuals. This is where the need is great. This is where the outcomes are dramatic and life changing. Sometimes we work directly with vulnerable, disadvantaged or disabled young people or vulnerable adults, and sometimes we work with others who can make a contribution, such as professionals who work directly with young people, or corporates who can help fund the direct work.
