Testimonial - Transform collaboration with Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust
" The training guidance and support Transform has given Nottinghamshire wildlife trust has been invaluable. Through several different funded projects we have utilised Transform unique and extremely effective style of delivery to work with our staff on how to engage with hard to reach groups in an organisation, as well as linking with our very successful Young Roots Youth program. Sophie from Transform came on board as a mentor and trainer for Young People and helped us establish a young people Steering group, helping them grow in confidence and skills throughout the program.
Transform also helped the group run Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust very first Youth consultation day, giving young people of Nottinghamshire a voice in the Wildlife Trust. This has triggered a real step change in the Trust to engage with young people in a more effective and meaningful way.
Transform has been a great partner to Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust and I personally would recommend anyone that wanted a really innovative and unique approach to training and mentoring to look to Transform for help and assistance. Sophie and the team are fantastic at what they do and we hope to continue to work with them."

I found that cutting out the time from my busy schedule was certainly worth the effort when it came to volunteering with Transform.
Offering the opportunity for personal growth and development, Transform allowed me to further develop my active communication skills and enabled me to meet like minded and driven people. The knowledge that through my participation I was in some way to helping to improve the lives of others was a truly satisfying experience. These are just some of the many reasons I would recommend volunteering with Transform. Just think of the good karma you’re creating!
I would recommend volunteering with Transform
Everyone welcomes you with open arms. It has given me broader opportunities when looking for jobs and I returned again after my work experience ended because I enjoyed myself so much.

For volunteering with Transform
A good opportunity to meet new people and learn to interact and communicate with others. Develop personal skills and interests and share them with other people. Something good to put on a CV.
