A week into the challenge and I am going strong. The weekend was challenging but I managed it. Yesterday I went for it and managed to fit 11 portions of fruit and vegetables in 👊🏾 get in. Today I have managed to fit in 10.
Really getting the hang of this now and I’m looking forward to finding some new recipes to will help me to keep up the good work I’ve done so far.
