We’re looking for Sessional Youth Support Workers to join our team at Transform Training!
You’ll work directly with young people—helping them access our programmes, stay involved, and feel supported every step of the way.

✅ Building relationships with young people
✅ Helping them overcome barriers to participation
✅ Promoting our programmes and supporting engagement
✅ Making sure their voices are heard and valued

✔ Someone who is reliable
